First photo of a Swazi - circa 1860.
Prince Mbilini (centre) was the heir to King Mswati II. After extensive
in-fighting after Mswati's death he fled to South Africa, first to the Boers,
later to the Zulus. Here he is in Zulu regalia. He died in exile. |
