Description:

Key Features: a narrow, elongated head with the nostril slits closer to the snout than the eyes, a laterally flattened tail and sharp claws on the feet

Comments: Occurs throughout the country in the highveld, middleveld, lowveld and Lubombo regions. Previously unrecorded, currently one locality recorded. Also several sight records.
