Homopholis wahlbergii    (Wahlberg's Velvet Gecko) Description: Key Features: a loose velvety skin (which tears easily), large digital pads and large size Comments: Occurs mostly in the middleveld, lowveld and Lubombo regions but also known from two localities in the highveld. Previously unrecorded, currently two localities recorded as well as several sight records. Habitats:   Rocky ridges and slopes Valley bushveld
