Description:

Key Features: a V marking the head pointing towards the snout and rhombic markings down the back

Comments: Occurs in the highveld and middleveld regions, absent from the lowveld and Lubombo regions. Previously three localities listed (Broadley 1983), currently five localities recorded.

Habitats:  
Open grassland
Rocky ridges and slopes
Valley bushveld
