Description (Compton's Flora of Swaziland*): Aponogeton junceus - Small perennial with tuberous rhizome from which rise few narrow grass-like leaves 10—12 cm long and a slender stalk ending in a pair of spikes 1—2 cm long. Flowers small, crowded, stalkless, white.
