Description (Compton's Flora of Swaziland*):
Anthericum cooperi - Small, c 30 cm high. Roots thin, often with small tubers. Leaves in two rows, erect or twisted to one side, hairless or minutely hairy, c 30 cm long x 1 cm wide, flat or folded. Inflorescence unbranched, stalk narrowly winged, flowers clustered near tip, solitary or in small groups; flower-stalk jointed below middle; perianth segments c 1 cm long; filaments longer than anthers. Fruit spherical c 8 mm diam, with transverse ridges.
