Description (Compton's Flora of Swaziland*):
Gerbera ambigua - Leaf-stalks up to 6 cm long, usually much less; blade broadly oval or rounded, blunt, often heart-shaped at base or joining stalk abruptly, margin slightly wavy, upper surface dark, thinly hairy, lower densely white-felted, up to 8 cm long X 4 cm wide. Flower-head on stalk up to 30 cm long, usually much shorter, up to 5 cm diam, usually less; involucral bracts very narrow, up to 2 cm long; ray-florets with narrow yellow corollas.
