Plant Description: Plant: Unarmed, gracefully arching shrubs up to 3 m high with showy, berry-like fruits; branchlets, lower surfaces of leaves, pedicels and calyces densely white-felty. Leaves: Dull green, glabrous above, 10–30 mm long, petioles 2–7 mm long. Flowers: White, about 10 mm across, August–January. Fruit: Dull deep red pomes, with two nutlets.
